Frequently asked questions
Good questions.
Clear answers.
What you’re buying, how your campaign runs, and what happens when someone responds.
Getting started
What’s the difference between seller and buyer leads?
Seller campaigns reach homeowners in your chosen suburbs who want a valuation, appraisal or advice about selling. Buyer campaigns promote a property you’re marketing and collect enquiries from people interested in it.
Is there a subscription?
No. Lead packs are a one-off purchase. Choose the number of leads you want, then purchase another pack when you need more.
What’s included in the price?
Your pack includes advertising and lead delivery. We create the ads for you to approve and deliver enquiries through your portal, with SMS and email notifications. Published pack prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Seller leads
What counts as a seller lead?
A homeowner who responds to your branded advertisement and submits their details requesting a valuation, market appraisal, selling information or agent contact. A typical enquiry includes their name, mobile, email, property address, selling timeframe and what they asked about.
Are my leads shared with other agents?
No. Enquiries from your campaign are delivered only to you and are never resold to another agent.
Do I get exclusive access to a suburb?
A lead pack does not reserve territory. Other agents can run campaigns in the same area. If you need protected territory, explore managed campaigns; availability applies.
Does a lead guarantee a listing?
No. A lead is an enquiry from a homeowner, not a signed listing. Their plans, timeframe and choice of agent can change. Following up is part of converting the opportunity.
Buyer leads
What counts as a buyer lead?
Someone who responds to your listing’s advertisement and registers their name, mobile and email. They also provide their location, buying timeframe and finance position.
Can I advertise an off-market or coming-soon property?
Yes. It should be a property you’re marketing now or about to market. You can enter its address during checkout if you don’t have a listing link.
What happens if the property sells?
Any remaining leads in your buyer pack can move to your next listing.
Does every buyer have finance pre-approval?
No. Their finance position is included so you have context for your follow-up. Finance pre-approval is not a requirement for a valid buyer lead.
Campaigns & delivery
Will the ads run from my Facebook Page?
Yes. Advertising runs through your own Facebook Page, using your branding. You connect the Page during campaign setup. If head office manages it, your Page administrator can help approve access.
Can I approve the ads before they go live?
Yes. We create the advertisements and you review and approve them in your portal before the campaign launches.
When will my campaign start delivering leads?
Campaign preparation depends on Facebook Page access and ad approval. Delivery varies by audience, area and pack size. Buyer campaigns offer a choice of 7, 14 or 30-day delivery windows during setup. You can track progress in your portal.
How do I receive my enquiries?
Each enquiry is stored in your portal, with an SMS and email notification. You can see the contact details and the information the person provided, ready for follow-up.
What if a lead has invalid details?
Submit it for review under the Valid Lead Policy. Fake details, an invalid phone number or a duplicate can qualify for replacement. No answer on the first attempt, a longer timeframe or a person changing their mind does not automatically make an enquiry invalid.
For the full replacement criteria, read our Valid Lead Policy.
